ALLENTOWN, PA, UNITED STATES, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Working Class, a new documentary filmed at Raub Middle School in Allentown, explores how financial education can shape the lives of students, families, and educators. Through personal stories and practical lessons, the film shows how access to financial knowledge can open pathways to greater economic mobility.
The documentary follows a semester inside the school’s Financial Literacy Program. It captures the everyday experiences of people learning how money works and what that knowledge can mean for their choices, confidence, and future.
The film was made possible through the work of community partners, with First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union serving as a lead underwriter and financial literacy partner. First Commonwealth has supported financial education initiatives in the Allentown School District for several years, helping bring practical money-management skills and resources into the classroom.
