VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ImEX Systems Inc. (“ImEX”), a provider of cloud-based body shop management software for the collision repair industry, today announced it has been named a preferred technology partner of Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), Canada’s new car dealer-owned collision repair network. Under the partnership, member shops across CCS’s network of more than 105 collision repair centres and 230 new car dealerships will have access to ImEX Online, along with dedicated onboarding, training resources, and ongoing support tailored to the CCS network.

CCS connects franchised new-car dealerships and OEM-certified independent collision centres from coast to coast under a single, dealer-owned network. As a preferred partner, ImEX will work directly with CCS to support member shops with tools for estimating, scheduling, parts management, billing and invoicing, and reporting, all built specifically for the collision repair business.

For the first time, ImEX is bridging the gap between the dealer’s DMS and estimating systems in a way that eliminates the redundant data entry that has long challenged dealer collision operations.

Traditionally, dealerships have relied on office personnel to manually transfer information between systems and re-enter data into repair orders, a time-consuming, non-revenue-producing process that creates opportunities for errors and inefficiencies.

With this new integration, that process is transformed. Information flows seamlessly between the DMS and estimating platform, eliminating unnecessary double entry and allowing dealership employees to spend less time managing data and more time focused on revenue-generating activities. The integration supports CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, and PBS Systems, the dealership management systems most widely used by Canadian dealers.

This connection represents a significant advancement for the dealer collision market, connecting systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and giving dealerships the ability to operate more efficiently than ever before.

“Our members asked for a shop management platform that understands how dealer-owned collision centres actually operate, with OEM procedures, warranty requirements and manufacturer scorecards, not just work orders,” said Charles Aubry, General Manager, Consolidated Collision Services. “ImEX has spent three decades building for Canadian collision repairers. Naming them a preferred partner gives our shops a proven, cloud-based system, plus the onboarding and support to get real value out of it quickly.”

“Dealer-owned collision centres are held to a high standard, and that standard is hard to hit when your production board lives on a whiteboard and your parts status lives in someone’s inbox,” said James Rome, President, ImEX Systems Inc. “ImEX Online was built for this business, with estimating, scheduling, parts and invoicing in one cloud platform and a Canadian support team behind it. We’re proud CCS chose us, and our focus now is getting member shops from coast to coast live quickly and moving more vehicles through the door.”

As part of the partnership, ImEX will be included in CCS’s training curriculum and member resources, and the companies plan to coordinate on webinars, member communications, and appearances at upcoming CCS events, including the annual CCS Conference and ACE: The Automotive Conference & Expo. Shops in the CCS network interested in learning more can contact their CCS regional representative or call +1 (604) 839 3431 to request a demo.
