WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Auction Advisors has been retained to conduct a Chapter 7 bankruptcy auction of the digital assets, intellectual property and related goodwill associated with three established consumer e-commerce brands: Body Merry, BRI Nutrition and Refresh Filters.

The auction will be held via Zoom on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Prospective bidders must complete registration and submit the required $10,000 deposit by September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The assets are being offered in connection with the Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases of SHR Capital Partners, LLC and GOGO Tech II, LLC, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

“This is an interesting opportunity because a buyer is not starting with a blank sheet of paper,” said Joshua Olshin, Managing Partner of Auction Advisors. “These businesses were built around recognizable consumer categories with existing brand identities, digital content and customer-related assets. For the right strategic buyer or entrepreneur, acquiring an existing platform can provide a meaningful head start compared with developing a new brand from the ground up.”

THREE DISTINCT CONSUMER BRANDS

The assets relate to three businesses operating in large consumer product categories:

Body Merry — An in-house, private-label skincare and cosmetics brand developed for the e-commerce beauty market. The brand’s assets include intellectual property and digital assets associated with its skincare and beauty product business.

BRI Nutrition — A private-label health and wellness brand offering dietary supplements, vitamins and natural wellness products.

Refresh Filters — An e-commerce brand focused on water filtration products, particularly replacement refrigerator water filters and air filters.

The assets being offered include, as applicable, digital assets, social media content, marketing materials, customer lists, customer management systems, trade names, design marks, copyrights and related goodwill, together with other assets more particularly described in the auction’s Asset List.

“E-commerce businesses can represent much more than their physical inventory,” Olshin said. “Brand recognition, customer relationships, digital marketing content, intellectual property and the systems developed to reach consumers can have substantial strategic value. This auction gives buyers an opportunity to evaluate those assets across three separate consumer-facing brands.”

OPPORTUNITY FOR STRATEGIC AND ENTREPRENEURIAL BUYERS

Auction Advisors expects the offering may be of interest to existing e-commerce operators, consumer-product companies, private-label manufacturers, brand aggregators, strategic buyers and entrepreneurs seeking to expand into the beauty, wellness or home-products markets.

“A bankruptcy sale can create opportunities” Olshin added. “Our role at Auction Advisors is to create a competitive and transparent sale process on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee, broadly expose the opportunity to the marketplace and make sure qualified buyers have the information they need to evaluate and participate in the auction.”

The sale also reflects a growing area of Auction Advisors’ restructuring and insolvency practice: marketing and selling intangible and digital assets, including intellectual property, brands, customer-related assets and e-commerce businesses, in addition to the firm’s traditional work involving real estate, equipment and other tangible assets.

“Today, some of a company’s most important assets may exist online rather than in a warehouse,” Olshin said. “Our job as auctioneer is to understand what is being sold, identify the universe of potential buyers and create a marketing process designed to maximize exposure and competitive bidding for the bankruptcy estate.”
