SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company (AIUC) has raised a $40 million Series A led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from First Harmonic. Alongside its $15 million seed led by NFDG, the round brings its total funding to $55 million.

Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company has developed AIUC-1, the industry-driven standard for AI agents and the confidence infrastructure behind enterprise AI adoption. The capital will help extend AIUC’s audits, standards and insurance from agents to frontier models to create a strong ecosystem for frontier oversight.
