Light & Wonder, Inc. (ASX: LNW) (together with its subsidiaries, “Light & Wonder,” “L&W” or the “Company”) today announced that Josh Wilson will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SciPlay, the Company’s social casino business, effective October 30, 2026, on the conclusion of his current contract term.

The Company has commenced a search for Josh’s successor, and Josh will remain in his role through October 30, to support an orderly handover. Effective November 1, 2026, Oliver Chow, Chief Financial Officer will assume executive oversight of SciPlay, working alongside SciPlay’s experienced and talented leadership team, which will continue to lead the business day to day, until a new CEO is appointed.

Oliver will continue in his role as CFO of Light & Wonder.

SciPlay remains a distinct reporting segment of Light & Wonder. There is no change to the Company’s strategy for the social casino business or to its portfolio of social casino brands.
