flyExclusive’s new office in North Hills district of Raleigh, NC
The ribbon cutting will begin at 5 p.m. at the front entrance of One North Hills Tower, followed by a private reception for invited guests. Attendance is by RSVP only.
The opening represents the next phase of growth for flyExclusive. The company has grown into one of the country’s largest private jet charter companies, bringing in nearly $376 million in revenue last year and reported record second-quarter revenue, up 22% year over year.
“Having access to talent locally was a big part of how we needed to grow the business,” said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of flyExclusive. “Every piece of this business is being evaluated on how we can automate, streamline and make ourselves more efficient.”
The 24,000-square-foot office adds the capacity to meet growing client demand and membership sales by bringing leadership, finance, technology, and commercial operations together in one place. Putting the teams that serve the same clients in the same building shortens decision cycles and helps flyExclusive respond faster to client demand. The office was intentionally designed to have technology drive a lot of what we do today and how we innovate. This includes how the company invested heavily into using AI over the past year to streamline its operations.
More than 150 employees are now based in Raleigh, and the company expects to create more than 100 additional aviation jobs in Eastern North Carolina. Hiring continues companywide across flight operations, maintenance and MRO, commercial and customer teams, and corporate functions.
The company’s maintenance headquarters remain in Kinston, North Carolina, where flyExclusive began operating in 2015 with a single hangar. Today it owns and operates a fleet of approximately 80 jets, ranking as one of the largest private jet operators in North America. The Kinston campus houses an all-in-one Maintenance/MRO operation with paint, interior, avionics, and maintenance divisions. The company has also announced plans for a pilot training facility at the North Carolina Global TransPark.
