TOKYO, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NEW ART HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (TSE Standard Market: 7638) (“NEW ART” or the “Company”), a leading Japanese bridal jewelry group operating the EXELCO DIAMOND and GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI brands, today announced the grand opening of its first store in South Korea — home to the EXELCO DIAMOND Seoul Flagship and the GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI Seoul Flagship — which opened on August 27, 2026, at 70 Sowol-ro, Yongsan-gu in central Seoul, close to the Seoul Station transportation hub.
The store is operated by NEW ART KOREA Co., Ltd., a wholly owned Korean subsidiary of the Company.
Spanning 459.7 square meters (approximately 4,948 square feet), the new location is housed in White Stone Gallery, a space designed by the world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma. Conceived around the theme of “Art × Diamond × Jewelry,” the store presents both brands in a setting that integrates Korean contemporary art with two distinct heritage identities: EXELCO DIAMOND, rooted in the royal and aristocratic traditions of Europe, and GINZA DIAMOND SHIRAISHI, which has embodied Japanese bridal craftsmanship since 1994.

The result is a new retail concept in which the worlds of these two brands converge under one roof, offering visitors an experience that goes beyond the selection of a ring. The store also features works by Soonik Kwon, one of Korea’s most celebrated contemporary artists. In a space where jewelry and art come together, the Seoul Flagship aims to deliver a destination that earns the lasting trust and loyalty of customers from Korea and beyond.

The NEW ART Group will continue to invest in building the international presence of its brands and expanding its share of the global bridal jewelry market.
“Beautiful things enrich our lives and make life shine more brightly. With our first store in Seoul, we want to create exactly that kind of moment — a place where diamonds, jewelry, and art come alive together,” said Yukio Shiraishi, Representative Director and Chairman of NEW ART HOLDINGS. “This grand opening marks a new chapter for the Company. From Korea, we look forward to sharing our vision with customers on a global scale.”
“Korea is a natural next step in our expansion across Asia, and another milestone in building the international presence of our brands,” said Chen Szu Pei, Director of NEW ART Taiwan and Head of Web & Marketing. “In Seoul, as in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, our focus is the same: bringing the customer experience we have refined in Japan — made-to-order craftsmanship and service that earns lifelong trust — to couples in each new market.”
