Under his leadership, the church has continued to expand its public witness through ministries of compassion, hospitality, and neighborhood engagement.

His broader service includes leadership through Hope Thru Wholeness, community resource efforts, food and household product distribution, nonprofit partnerships, and local initiatives designed to serve individuals and families facing food insecurity, economic hardship, and social need. His work has brought together church members, community volunteers, ministry partners, and nonprofit collaborators in service to the surrounding community.
Dr. Eaton’s leadership journey also includes more than 23 years of service in the United States Navy, where he served in intelligence and information technology roles before retiring from military service. His professional background further includes organizational leadership, information technology, change management, incident and problem management, training, mentoring, and team development.

In addition to his pastoral, military, and community leadership, Dr. Eaton formerly served at the national level as Director of Men’s Ministry with the General Commission on United Methodist Men.
